Happy Birthday Timbre (17 Sept 2014)

Hello peeps,

Its a lovely Saturday isn't it? 

As the title suggests, this post is all about my Bff, Timbre.

Timbre is a male Golden Retriever born 17 Sept 2012. He is a jolly good fella, we always meet for our daily walks at 8pm around the estate and i really enjoy the company of Timbre.

Everytime when we meet up, first thing we do is to be all excited, pull on the leash and jump up on each other giving us both big hugs. We love doing that as that is how bffs should welcome each other, with BIG HUGS.

Most of the time we will just spend time walking around the estate, sniffing the grass and trees. Timbre is a brave boy, he loves walking into bushes to pee or poo. For me, i only dare to walk on short grass. I guess that's why i enjoy being around Timbre, for him being a brave boy, im sure he will protect me.

Few weeks back, my parents decided to bring me for a swim with Timbre. I was so excited because that is the first time i can play freely with him... off leash....

Timbre's Dad made an appointment to use the private pool at a Hydrotherapist over at Holland Road.

Decided to explore the place and find a spot to poo while waiting for Timbre.

As im there earlier, the kind lady allowed me to use the pool while waiting.

The pool is awesome! It is cleansed everytime after each use. Look at how clean and blue the pool is.

Alas, my bff has arrived after a short wait. Like me, he have to wash up first before entering the pool.

I always thought i am a fast swimmer, like i mentioned in a previous post, i thought i am the dog world's Micheal Phelps. Boy, i was wrong. Timbre is the fastest swimmer i have ever met. He swims steadily, stealthily and he knows breaststroke!!! All i know is the doggy style. How jealous i am.

We have a great swim and i slept all the way home.

So, 17 Sept 2014 is Timbre's 2nd birthday.

Being his Bff, of coursse he will remember to get me some treats on his birthday.

His parents ordered for me 3 packs of treats and gave me 2 big slice of his yummy cake.

Specially for Kopii. Thats me!

With a personalise card too.

On the night i receive my goodies, Momma open one pack for me. The treats is supposed to be mine but Momma insist i "wait" before letting me eat it. Behhhh... dont understand what human thinks.

What?! Wait first?

Why do i have to wait?

This treat is given to me by Timbre leh.

Eh, can eat already not huh?

Finally, im given the go ahead to savour my fruit and pumpkin fish treat. Its delicious!!

Doggy Bag SG never fails to make me salivate for their treats and cake. It smells great and taste..... heavenly!!!

Officially a Toy Collector

Hello peeps.

How have all of you been? 

This 2 weeks have been great for me.

Momma have been receiving parcels every few days and i realised it is all for me.

Momma ordered new toys for me online. Previously i had gums inflammation cos i chewed too much on nylabones and my parents decided to get me some soft toys instead.

My stash of nylabone toys are all kept securely inside my cupboard and Momma says i can only chew on one occasionally.

Momma is always very obsessed with shopping, be it for shoes, clothes or bags, and it is no different when it comes to shopping for my toys. When my parents decides to get me soft toys, Momma went on a shopping spree.

Say hello to my entire collection of Fat Cats Inc. , Kong and Multipet soft toys.

The first parcel that arrived. I counted, there's 26 soft toys! All for me!

Another shipment came few days later, soft toys all for me again.

After some photo taking, Momma took a few out of the box for me to choose.
She always let me choose the toy i want to play with.

Which one should i choose?

Like Momma, i always have a hard time making decisions.

After i got over the overwhelmed feeling....

Im very happy to know i have so many new toys!

And today, another parcel arrived, more new toys again. Hehehe...

Gotta go! Dardy open a postman toy to play with me.!

Simple Muffin for Special Kopii...

Momma have always like baking but we do not have an oven in our current home.

So when Momma realised that the put-there-collect-dust Air Fryer can actually be used to bake cupcakes and muffins, she decided to try it out herself.

There's no supermarket nearby, only a small supermart with very limited items hence she could not get hold of Wheat-free & Gluten-free flour to bake treats for me.  (i am on grain free diet remember?)

My Momma is a very very SUPER IMPATIENT PERSON....

If she wants to do something, she wants to do it immediately and she doesn't like to wait. 

Despite that the flour she wanted wasn't available, that didn't stop her from getting the ingredients to bake for me.

I wonder without flour, how is Momma going to bake muffins for me?

I just have a very strong feeling that the muffins will fail. 

I WAS WRONG! 

The end product smells great and taste superb too!

Momma baked 2 different types of Muffin for me, 10 each. I am sharing 2 each with my favourite friend Timbre, and for the next 5 days, i can have 2 - 3 muffins a day. 

heheheheheheh hehehehehehe.

Since i love it, i believe all my other furpals will love it too.

I asked Momma for the recipe so that i can share it with my furpals...

Remember to get your parents to bake these yummy treats for you too! :)

PUMPKIN CARROT MUFFIN

Ingredients (Makes 10 standard size muffin)

• 1/4 Pumpkin
• 2 big Carrot
• 1 Egg
• 1 Banana
• 4 Tablespoon of Coconut Flakes (I used the Organic Dog coconut treats)
• 1 Tablespoon of Organic Coconut Oil
• 1 Tablespoon of Greek Yoghurt

Preparation

1. Cut pumpkin and 1 carrot into small cubes, boil it for 5 mins. 
2. Dice the other carrot.
3. Mash up the boiled carrot, pumpkin & banana and mix in the diced carrot.
4. Add in the Coconut Flakes, egg and yoghurt.
5. Mix well.

Baking (180 Deg)

1. Spread some Coconut oil on the cupcake paper,
2. Bake for 15 minutes in the Air Fryer. Its done when it turns golden brown.

BANANA MUFFIN

Ingredients (Makes 10 standard size muffin)

• 1 Egg (remove egg yolk)
• 4 Banana
• 4 Tablespoon of Coconut Flakes (I used the Organic Dog coconut treats)
• 1 Tablespoon of Organic Coconut Oil 

 Preparation

1. Mash up the 4 Banana.
2. Add in egg white and coconut flakes . Mix well. 

 Baking (180 Deg)

1. Spread some Coconut oil on the cupcake paper,
2. Bake for 15 minutes in the Air Fryer. Its done when it turns golden brown.
